1. How can I check whether my telephone or tablet will work with module Mobile Healer?
Enter Google Play on your telephone or tablet (if you use application in Google Play for the first time, you will be asked to create an account)! Write the name of the searched application Mobile Healer in the search box! If there is no the application in the first line, press the button MORE, and scroll through the list until you find the application! If there is no the program Mobile Healer on the list, your telephone or tablet will not work with the module Mobile Healer. If the application is found, install it!

2. I launch the program Mobile Healer on my telephone, and when I press the button START, the program doesn't start counting time, and New Text is written in all lines.
You haven't connected the module Mobile Healer with telephone, or there is no your telephone on the list of unsupported devices in Goggle Play.

3. I connect module Mobile Healer with telephone, and launch program Mobile Healer, but the screen is black and nothing is launched.
You should delete the application Biomedis installed before, and then you should delete the folder with the name Base from the telephone's root directory through file manager.

4. When I insert the module Mobile Healer into USB port of the telephone, a window opens on the screen with the question "…should be the program used by default?", what should I do?
It is needed to put a tick and press OK.

5. My telephone hasn't found the application Mobile Healer through Google Play. But I am sure that my telephone supports Host regime. For example, I can connect external USB flash to the telephone through special adapter. The telephone reads the flash. I have also connected a keyboard and a mouse through this adapter to my telephone, and they also have worked. I have asked my friend (he has module Mobile Healer, and he uses it on his telephone) to transmit me the file mHealer.apk from his telephone (it is done with the help of a special application). I have copied this file to my telephone and installed the application Mobile Healer. But when I launch the application, the following message appears:"your device is not supported by this application". What should I do? My telephone supports other external devices, while Mobile Healer is not supported. Why?
It happens because of your Android's assembly peculiarities. The problem is solved through full ROOT access. But if you have decided to gain ROOT access, you lose guarantee for the telephone.

You can find information about gaining of ROOT access for your telephone or tablet on internet. After gaining of ROOT, you should do the following:

1. Add file android.hardware.usb.host.xml , including the lines:
   <permissions>
      <feature name="android.hardware.usb.host"/>
   </permissions>
   to the folder system/etc/permissions!
2. Search also file handheld_core_hardware.xml there, or tablet_core_hardware.xml, and write the line <feature name="android.hardware.usb.host"> after other ones!
3. Restart the device!

1. Как мне проверить будет ли мой телефон или планшет работать с модулем Mobile Healer?
Войдите в Google Play на Вашем телефоне или планшете (если Вы пользуетесь приложением в Google Play впервые, то Вас попросят создать аккаунт). В строке поиска задайте название искомого приложения Mobile Healer. Если приложения нет в первой строке нажмите кнопку ЕЩЕ и прокрутите список далее пока не найдете приложение. Если в найденном списке нет программы Mobile Healer, значит Ваш телефон или планшет не будет работать с модулем Mobile Healer. Если приложение нашлось - установите его.

2. Я запускаю программу Mobile Healer на моем телефоне и при нажатии кнопки СТАРТ программа не отсчитывает время и во всех строках пишется New Text.
Вы не подключили модуль Mobile Healer к телефону или Вашего телефона нет в списке не поддерживаемых устройств в Google Play.

3. Я подключаю модуль Mobile Healer к телефону и запускаю программу Mobile Healer , но при этом экран черный и ничего не происходит.
Вам необходимо удалить с телефона ранее установленне прилжение Biomedis, далее через файловый менеджер удалить папку с названием Base с корневой директории телефона.

4. Когда я вставляю модуль Mobile Healer в USB разъем телефона на экране всплывает окно с вопросом "….использовать это устройство по умолчанию?", что мне делать?
Надо поставить галочку и нажать ОК.

5. Мой телефон не нашел приложение Mobile Healer через Google Play. Но я точно знаю, что мой телефон поддерживает Host режим. Например, я могу подключать внешнюю флешку к телефону через специальный переходник. И телефон видит флешку. Я подключал даже клавиатуру и мышь через этот переходник к телефону и они тоже работают. Попросил друга (у которого есть модуль Mobile Healer и он им пользуется на своем телефоне) дать мне файл mHealer.apk со своего телефона (это делается с помощью специального приложения). Я скопировал этот файл себе на телефон и установил приложение Mobile Healer. Но когда запускаю приложение выходит сообщение "ваше устройство не поддерживается данным приложением". Как мне быть? Ведь мой телефон поддерживает другие внешние устройства, а Mobile Healer почему то нет?
Это происходит из-за особенностей сборки Вашего Androida. Проблема решается получением полного ROOT на телефоне. Но, если Вы решили получить ROOT права, то Вы теряете гарантию на телефон.

Информацию о том, как получить ROOT права для Вашего телефона или планшета можно найти в интернете. После получения ROOT необходимо проделать следующее:

1. Добавляем в папку /system/etc/permissions файл android.hardware.usb.host.xml содержащий строчки:
   <permissions>
      <feature name="android.hardware.usb.host"/>
   </permissions>
2. Ищем там же файл handheld_core_hardware.xml или tablet_core_hardware.xml и дописываем строчку <feature name="android.hardware.usb.host"> к остальным таким же.
3. Перезагружаем устройство.
